PRINTING
Q.  When I hit print, most of the page is graphics and I can only see a little bit of content. I only want to print the content portion of the pages.    What should I do?
A.  It is recommended that you print the .pdf version of the site, which was specially designed for print.  This file is in Adobe Portable Data Format (.pdf) and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.  CLICK HERE to download and print the .pdf file (about 543 kb).

Q.  When I try to print, portions of the page are missing or cut off.  What can I do?
A.  If you want to print the web page as it appears on the screen, you should first select 'Print' from the 'File' menu.  Then, be sure that you have selected Print Range>All.  If background colors or images are not visible, you should reconfigure your browser settings to show background colors.  Here's how to do it in Internet Explorer:
(1) Click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options...'.
(2) Select the 'Advanced' tab.
(3) Scroll down the list to the 'Printing' category.
(4) Check 'Print background colors and images'
(5) Be certain 'Show pictures' is selected under 'Multimedia'.
(5) Click 'OK'
